Simply place offers to home sellers willing to sell you their home at any amount below fair market value. You never have to put up earnest money using our system so there is nothing to lose and remember I’m only a phone call away!

Once contracted, you then will use our methods to sell the home to a pre-qualified buyer that has been approved through a sub-prime lender or with our owner financing method. The “Inverse Purchase” course provides all the steps to close your transaction, including the paperwork that is submitted to the Title Company/Attorney for closing.  Once closed and funded, the Title Company presents you a check for the difference between what you bought the house for and what you resold it for.
